We demonstrate how healthy eating is a vital component of a healthy lifestyle. It represents enjoyment, joie de vivre, and self-care. In courses and workshops, we impart in-depth knowledge about plant-based, seasonal, and natural nutrition—from cultivation to the plate—and offer tips on how to permanently integrate healthy eating into your life.
Movement - powerful & mindful
Whether yoga, Pilates, bodywork, hiking, or free movement: Our range of exercise programs not only strengthens muscles and joints, but also improves body awareness. The focus is on the joy of movement – tailored to individual needs.
Recovery - deep & lasting
Peace and quiet is not a luxury, but a fundamental part of life. At our learning center, you'll find space for retreat, silence, and regeneration. Through mindfulness, connection to nature, and conscious inactivity, we create new paths to inner peace and mental strength.
Social relationships - real & connecting
Health is primarily a result of togetherness. Therefore, we promote mindful communication, community building, and social skills. In group processes and shared activities, we experience how empowering genuine connection can be.
Permaculture - Living in harmony with nature
Our farm is a learning space and habitat for many species: Here you'll learn how permaculture works as a holistic design principle—practical, ecological, and forward-looking. Together we create cycles, build healthy soils, increase biodiversity, and create edible landscapes.
