EQUIPMENT

The “Bodil,” “Jochum,” and “Ivar” apartments, located on the south side of the courtyard, are each 80 square meters in size and have the same layout.

 

The three residential units feature a spacious living area with a modern, fully equipped integrated kitchen with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and

refrigerator with freezer compartment.

 

The bathrooms and separate guest toilets are also located on the ground floor.

 

There are two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. Both are equipped with high-quality, comfortable 180 cm box spring beds.

 

If you want to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun with a view of the sea and the fields, there is a private sun terrace directly in front of your apartment.

The “MiNi Hus” vacation home is 45 square meters in size and also has a spacious living area with a modern and fully equipped integrated kitchen with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Two large panoramic windows allow you to always have the sea in view.

The sleeping area in the vacation home is located on the gallery above the living area and features a very high-quality, comfortable 160 cm bed. The sofa in the living area can also be converted into a sofa bed.

A beautiful 25 sqm private sun terrace invites you to linger and relax.

We are happy to provide you with a travel cot and high chair.

In addition, there is a large field with seating and relaxation areas, as well as facilities for barbecuing and making a fire.

A small farm shop selling seasonal, organic products such as vegetables, fruit, jam, honey, eggs, dairy products, wine, beer, homemade sourdough bread (to order) and various other items is located in the former adjacent cowshed.

There are also two washing machines and a dryer, as well as an area where you can store bicycles, strollers, etc.

 

All apartments and the vacation home have free Wi-Fi and free parking in the immediate vicinity. We have deliberately chosen not to equip the apartments and the vacation home with televisions. In our opinion, you have the most beautiful view right outside your door. Of course, you can access the internet at any time via Wi-Fi with your devices.

PRICES & CONDITIONS

You can vacation with us all year round. During the summer months of July and August, we rent the apartments and the holiday home by the week, from Sunday to Sunday. The weekly rate per apartment during this time is €1,350.

The weekly price of the holiday home is €1,395.

During other periods, the apartments start at €150 per night. The holiday home starts at €170 per night. The minimum rental period outside of July and August is two nights.

The price includes bed linen and towels, as well as water costs. A security deposit of €200 for the duration of your stay is required before the start of your rental. Electricity is not included in the price and will be billed according to usage at the end of your stay and deducted from the deposit. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs between €105 and €130, depending on the length of your stay.

The apartments and the holiday home are non-smoking apartments/house.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 3 p.m. Check-out is by 10 a.m.

 

50% of the total booking amount is due 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining amount is due 6 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible via bank transfer.

For cancellations up to 90 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is due. From 89 days before arrival, 100% of the booking amount is due.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
