FURNISHING
The three newly built apartments each have a size of 75 square meters and have the same layout and furnishings. The house is 45 square meters.
The four residential units each have a spacious living area with a modern & fully equipped integrated kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.
The bathrooms have a toilet and rain shower. The bathrooms in the apartments also have underfloor heating. There is also another separate toilet with a washbasin in the apartments.
In the apartments a staircase leads upstairs to the two bedrooms. Both are equipped with very high quality, comfortable box spring beds á 180 cm.
The sleeping area in the holiday home is on the gallery above the living area with a very high quality, comfortable bed of 160 cm.
We are happy to provide you with a cot, high chair and stair gate on request.
If you want to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun with a view of the sea and the fields, your private sun terrace right in front of your apartment and holiday home invites you to do so.
In addition, there is another large communal sun terrace with a barbecue. And on colder days, our large orangery invites you to linger.
There is a large fire place in the field.
You will find two washing machines and a tumble dryer in the adjacent former cowshed.
All apartments and the holiday home have free WiFi, heating and free parking spaces. We deliberately decided not to equip the apartments and the holiday home with televisions. From our point of view, you have the most beautiful view right outside the door. Of course, you have the option of going online with your end devices at any time via the W-LAN.
PRICES & CONDITIONS
You can vacation with us all year round. In the period from June 27th to August 29th, 2021 and from December 19th, 2021 to January 2nd, 2022 we rent the apartments and the holiday home only on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday. The weekly price per apartment during this period is € 1.150.
The weekly price for the holiday home is € 1.350.

In the other times, the minimum rental period is 3 nights. The apartments cost from 120 € per night. The house costs from 145 € per night.

Final cleaning is mandatory and costs 95 € per stay.
The price includes water, bed linen and a towel set. You will also receive a small starter pack consisting of toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, coffee, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Before the start of the rental period, a deposit of € 200 must be deposited with us for the duration of your stay. Not included in the pros is electricity and will be billed at the end according to consumption and offset against the deposit.

The apartments and the holiday home are non-smoking apartments / house.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Check-in is from 3 p.m. Check-out is by 10 a.m.
14 days after receipt of the booking confirmation, 50% of the total booking amount is due. The remaining amount has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
In the event of cancellation up to the 90th day before the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount is due. From the 89th day before arrival, 100% of the booking amount is due.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.
